Gold bar punches billed but not received.

Try to buy gold bars then get a message that App Store couldn't be connected. The order doesn't go through, no gold bars received, but then my card gets charged. I tried to purchase 3 times, never received gold bars but was billed 3 times......totally unexceptable!!
