I was on level 450 Cany Crush saga but when I logged in a few days ago I was back to level 1!! Help!
I play Candy Crush saga regularly and was on level 450 or something but when I logged in a few days ago to continue playing I found I was back to level 1. This happened to me once before and I restarted playing from level 1 as I didn't know at the time this was a common problem. This time however I refuse to start all over again and kindly ask for your help to restore me to my previous level. Thank you.

Please check from another computer. The email icon is placed between the logout button and your avatar, top right corner of the King Care website.
