Power pop - hearts desire

I got a new power pop hearts desire which says it will expand your heart meter to hold more hearts for 48 hours.... used the free one didn't seem to do anything so when I ran out of lives I mixed a new one and used that. All it did was refill my 5 lives no extra heart storage.
Why is this not doing what it said it would.,

Hello @drusilla_68 can you post a screenshot of the Heart's Desire Power Pop please? I have never seen this before, so it would be helpful if you could show us what you mean.

The new Power Pop Heart's Desire will give you 8 Lives for 48 hours in the game. Meaning the Lives can reload up to 8 instead or the normal 5 for two days.
This is a brand new Power Pop that just got introduced and therefore not all players have it yet. It will come soon to all players who have Power Pops.
Power Pops is still in a testing phase, but will come to all player's later this year when we have the final version ready!

Perhaps it meant that you had a free refill for up to 48 hours. Oops!

The Power Pops is still being play tested in the game. Therefore it's not available at all times and available for a small group of players. This means that the feature can appear and disappear in your game.

Based on your screenshot it looks like you were right. Using the Heart's Desire should expand your heart meter.
When the Power Pops were first introduced it suffered from a lot of issues, so I wonder if your issue is just yet another example of a faulty feature being released by King.
Can you click on the little 'i' button and post a screenshot of the information that is shown please.

Heart is not available in my app. Power pops requires too many first attempt wins to collect ingredients and works for only one level. So not very attractive option.

ingredients requirement is drastically reduced. now its 6+1 for color bomb , 6+2 for icecream and 6+3 for third one.
