App crashed and I didn't get bundle 2x

Yesterday I purchased the 100 gold bar plus color bomb bundle twice. Both times I got the bars, but none of the bonus items or the 6 hours of playing time. Both times the app crashed and I had to reinstall. Looks like the payment went through. Could you help?
