Good evening like to ask if anyone knows I have windows 10 and on facebook I can not play candy crash loaded 100% but after Screen freezes

I suggest you try the following steps:
1) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
2) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox
3) Make sure you have other tabs closed
4) Make sure you have Adobe Flash player updated: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Also I suggest you try the game on King.com. I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well. I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
