Why has this level's format suddenly changed on iPad. I have been playing for some time and suddenly the game format has timed bombs in it. This level is virtually impossible and no fun.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
