Trouble moving up levels

My Candy Crush level will not change from 1413 to 1423 on my Mini I-Pad and my big tablet. I play this on all three devices and they are always usually in sync but for the past few days they stay stuck on 1413. Please help so I can continue to play on all my three computers.
