See alot of same question

Was playing today, had just won a chest with bonuses and 6he free play. Stepped away, came back....no free time, NO bonuses, none. Also, no daily game..still have wheel. Did the same thing last week but I ignored it as a glitch and just rebuilt. So. I not only lost my chance to play but all my candy pops, lollipops, hands, everything. Is this going to be a weekly occurrence now? @tired of trying...

Was the game still open when you came back or did it go on auto-lock? What's this daily game that your missing by the way, I know wild treasure is knocking around again but haven't seen anything else.

My weekly contest rewards has been frozen for several days. How can I ensure I get this applied? I restarted my phone, changed my internet and refreshed my account. It just keeps showing the zero-ed out contest but doesn't let me open the chest. It show's "Claim" but then doesn't advance. I'm still able to play but don't…

Why can't I get video ads? I have been playing candy crush for more than 10 years and I think it's not fair that only fortunate players have a privilege of having video ads that assist them to advance their levels. Why can't we as players be treated equally? Players without video ads we are disadvantaged by candy crush.
