King Support, you need to sort out the problem at your end. I have spent loads on add ons over time. I have been to Apple, the device albeit an old Ipad2 is in excellent condition and they kindly fully updated it with latest IOS but sadly candy crush remains a nightmare. I am on level 1032 or thereabouts, I have loads of colour bombs, wrapped sweets and jelly fish to help etc etc but as soon as it goes to the screen, within seconds it's kicked me out. I have deleted it and restored it, without success. Ironically, the game works perfectly on my android phone. It really is unacceptable, the problem has been going on for ages as can be seen by the amount of people who have complained. It is up to you to get your 'geek department' to solve the problem.
