My husband's Kindle died and of course when we downloaded his fav games on the new one he is back to level 1 and not a happy camper.Is there anyway for him to get back to the level he was at.He is not on Facebook

    We can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Saga.

    Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account.
