Candy Crush Saga

wife and I both have iPads and use to be able to play candy crush together using one Facebook account. Not anymore, what's the deal, also I can be playing candy crush and my screen goes blank and cost me a game. Sometimes it takes three times to load.

I think it's all tied in together, Facebook,candy crush and messenger. Facebook will go blank for no reason also, and messenger will just pop up on its own. All three together and not worth a hill of beans.

What do you mean by not anymore, what's different now? Are you not able to connect to that account?
