Why are my boosters missing?

Don't worry!
Some levels do not have the opportunity to select boosters at the start of the game as they may be an obstacle to pass the level. This depends on the structure of the level.
From level 5676 to level 5681, boosters cannot be selected at the start of the game.
I have no boosters and it’s been like this for 3 levels

If you scroll back through the levels you will see that even in levels 531,3309, 4597... and many others boosters cannot be selected.

I'm up level 5679 it doesn't show any the boosters that I won or purchase and keep telling me this this level doesn't count in My overall score and I want to know what's going on

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
