App constantly crashing and purchases not showing up

My app has been regularly crashing for at least a week. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. Also purchased two sets of gold bars from iTunes balance, purchases are not showing up. If it's not getting added to my game I want the money restored to iTunes please. Thank you.

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

Can't I use my Yahoo email to receive verification email for Candy Crush? The link has expired and it says I should request a new verification email via my King account in the game. (Candy Crush) I have tried to but have not received a new verification email to my Yahoo email.

Problem in game levels
I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.
