How do I get my game progress back?

I was around level 209 yesterday (somewhere in the 13th episode) and when I went back to the app today, it brought me all the way down to level 15. How do I get back up to where I was? I love this game but I really don't want to restart everything. I'd be extremely thankful if someone could help.
