Havent recieved mystery box or bundle

I have bought 2 things, a mystery box and a bundle but haven't received either both have been charged to my account and I also didn't receive my award for coming second in the striped candy competition, way to put off a beginner. I've emailed customer care 3 times and had no response! Really unhappy

The game gets frozen all the time, especially when I am using special items!

It's been over a month since I bought a single in purchase and since then I have not received any ads with free lives. Ive been stuck on one level for weeks. Kind of takes the fun out it. Will they come back?
