100 Gold Bar Purchase

On the 12 November I purchased 100 gold bars for Candy Crush Saga, these gold bars have not been credited to my account. I emailed Google twice, all I got back was a link to this forum along with an ID 3950428. Anybody else experienced similar problem. What a joke
