Lives didn't transfer

I installed the candy crush app on my windows 10 computer thinking level 2134 would work there. It didn't, but the lives from all of my friends did not transfer or show on the new app. The levels were correct and the boosters & bars never have transferred between devices. The lives usually do. Is there another step I need to take?

Unfortunately Sue, when using another device or transferring to a new device, the only things that move over will be your level progress and your gold bars. Boosters and lives are unfortunately not transferred over. Is the new device a PC, tablet or phone? Usually on a PC or laptop you'll get the further levels than you would on a mobile device because the new levels are available on a PC before mobile.

To get gold bar I have been asked in Gold Chocolate Box to pass 13 level with 3 yellow star is not understood. Is it passing that level by any number of hits or passing in single hit. Thanks
