Candy crashes after the last update on iOS

I have an iPad mini 2 and I play candy crush saga for over a year now. Before some days I had to update the up and after the installation of the latest version the game crashes. I have erase two times the app and the problem remains. With much difficulty I connect with the Facebook but when it's time to play, the application close. Can you help me ?

Randle, when I chose iOS software instead of android , I did it because iOS does not crush. You are wrong about update. I have already the last iOS update. My iPad works perfect , like the first day I bought it. So, of course I won't spend money taking something new just to play candy crash. And for pc, I don't work with Windows 10. One player less for candy crush, but I am sure that many will follow the same us me. And if you read the complaints you will see that some people spend their money to this game and now they can't play.

Your device has the same processor as the iPad 2 that came out in 2011; soon 6 years ago. Nowadays it´s going to be pretty tough to find a new device running on a 512 MB Ram processor.

Apple discontinued the production of these models iPad and stopped the iOS updates for those devices. Why should you blame a game developer for that?

I didn´t read anybody telling anywhere to buy a new iPad.

You can still play their games through PC, on Facebook and King.com, or on Windows 10 if that´s what you run on your PC.

My Sony Android flagship from 2012 can´t play their games no longer either. I got myself a Cubot x16s for 124 $ on eBay, 3gb Ram and Marshmallow, works perfect.

So you are telling me that I have to spend my money to buy a new iPad to play your game? You must be joking. I am sorry that I spend my time to play your game and now you decided to upgrade your software in a way that some users cannot play any more. This is not serious. ...........
