If you read the little text in the bottom corner of the wheel it says the booster items are 'non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game'. so if you didn't get them then it's not gonna be possible now I don't think.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
