Candy crush

I did you already 2 or 3 messages about the problems I have with the game candy crush, but noting wat you say helps me. I am playing the game on my ipad. I closed the game and facebook, and than I have had contact with the game for a moment, I pressed ok and than the game crashed again. Is there nothing you can do, because candy crush is the only game I like to play. Kind regards

After closing candy crusch and facebook once again, The game is crashing now when I try to connect to facebook.

After closing candy crusch and facebook once again, The game is crashing now when I try to connect to facebook.

My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
