Crashing amd freezing

My devices are up to date played game fine, updates when the game updates. Everytime in iOS it crashes. I play on android it freezes. I've done everything you suggest about fixing it. Obviously it's a bigger issue than our devices being old which is bullshit. There's no reason for it to just start being crap, obviously not our issue. I've played this game for 6 yrs looking forward to the levels I've accomplished and for It to just just stop letting me play. Um no! What's it going to take for you to listen to your customers and help us out instead of giving us the same run around??

Well, you want to buy my new device to play??? It's very inconsiderate for King to expect people to go out and spend money on a new device to play a game in which I'm sure could have been prevented. I was fine until I updated apparently. If I would have known I wouldn't have updated until I had to. I worked hard over the last six years to get where im at me I be dammed to lose it over an update for an apparent old device I do not have. I know people who play on the same device for android, my apple is not on the list for non compatible devices either. I'm still doing updates and it's still crashing. I have been able to play all other games besides Candy crush. Any other advice as to fix this would be much appreciated because the other king games are not the same.

What kind of mobile phone do you have?

You might also have to try to re-install the game. Before doing so please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars.

I also suggest you either play from a newer device or alternately play Candy Crush Saga on Facebook. If you install the Photon browser you should also be able to run the Facebook version of the game on iOS device.
