After completing level 2152 of Candy Crush and letting the extra candies play out, the game got stuck. The candies kept falling down and through the warp zones in an infinite loop. Please fix!

I passed level 18813 by spending 10 gold bars. I was supposed to receive the 'Train' bonus along with a Birthday booster and two others for 20 minutes. Although I completed the level, the bonuses were not credited to my account. Could you please check this? Thanks!
