I have always played my king games through Facebook account. When I went to play my candy crush, candy crush jelly saga and blossom bloom it said I had lost connection to Facebook and to log back in, when I did it took me to the Facebook authorisation page which said I had already authorised but when it took me back to my games it had lost all my progress and took me back to the start. Can this be resolved.

    Same question here.  I have tried 3 times & the game takes me to level one. I Pgm computers & am no dummy. This needs to be fixed. Please help.
