What is the problem with Candy Crush games?

Can no longer play Candy Crush games offline! What gives? First it was regular Candy Crush on my tablet, did the update and the whole game went crazy. I was on level 93 and had to start all over again, TWICE! Then Soda Saga stopped working, just cut off every time I clicked Play! Now it is Jelly Saga doing the same thing! Fix this problem people! I am sick of losing the levels I have gained because of your lousy programing skills. Keep getting error message when trying to download again-0x8024402C.

This does not solve anything. CC games are crashing on my PC not my android. I refuse to update them on android because plain CC saga was the one that messed up after the last update. Seems a lot of people are having this same issue on a lot of their products so....... ! As for the error problem I don't waste data watching videos so unless the solution is in words I can't use it. Not everyone can afford data or an unlimited data program.
