If the game is crashing then unless the moderators have posted and it's a bug, then 99% of the time its a players device. If the steps that King posted didn't work then check that your device is actually supported as well:

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
