Why are none of my KING games working on my kindle?

today for whatever reason all my my king games loaded on my kindle will not open... they start to load but then close.

Couple of things you can do, first check that your OS and game apps are all up to date. Another thing to make sure is that you've enough free memory available on your tablet.

I have been playing these games for a long time ... and I always go through all the trouble shooting. Yes I am up to date ... as that is set to auto. Yes I have more than enough space to allow for the update. Today there is a new issue which is it will not connect to facebook.

I have collected at least 5 or more butterflies and not received them!

I’m stuck on Level 9606 because the Candy Frogs required to complete the level are not loading. It looks like a system or download issue, and I’m not sure when or how the frogs are supposed to appear. Plz fix this issue and download them asap so I can win and pass this level! thank you :)
