I'm a long time avid candy crush saga player. I'm on level 1541 however when I was playing 1540 I inadvertently pushed the PLAY ON button that costs 10 gold bars. I had no intention of continuing on. Needless to say, I had 12 total gold bars of which I've earned throughout playing. I was disappointed to see that it accepted my 10 bars to play on without asking me if I was sure I wanted to continue. May I please have my 10 gold bars back please??

You're only covered for "accidental purchases" if it was gold bars that your purchased and not won in game. You get what you pay for in the end.

I have collected at least 5 or more butterflies and not received them!

Bug report ( level 9606)
I’m stuck on Level 9606 because the Candy Frogs required to complete the level are not loading. It looks like a system or download issue, and I’m not sure when or how the frogs are supposed to appear. Plz fix this issue and download them asap so I can win and pass this level! thank you :)
