Repeatedly crashing

Candy Crush keeps crashing and taking me back to my home screen. Have done everything that people have suggested except to reinstall, as now King says it does not recognise my email and password, despite the fact that it hasn't changed in years! And I don't want to start all over again at level 1, considering I am nearly at level 1300. I am running on ipad mini version 9.3.5, with plenty of capacity left.

Any suggestions? Thank you. M.

Why cant i use my daily spin booster?
Everytime I get the pink candy that roles they won't give it to me
So many glitches
My app keeps on freezing on a light purple screen after playing a game, my booster wheel has never worked and I am unable to click on people’s profiles. And this is all after uninstalling and reinstalling and making sure everything is updated.
