if i left the game i lose the level ! how can i do ?
There's nothing you can do in that case, if it doesn't stop cascading the level will never finish. Only option is to close the game. It is being looked into though apparently: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-2167-1309779474
I am having the same issue. Have beat it twice, but scorewont stop calculating. At 31 million points. Ended at 165,000 when I reached the 2 requirements
I beat the level as well and left it for over an hour...it's still cascading and collecting points. Very irritating.
I have done this level twice, both times it doesn't stop cascading, so you can't move onto the next level because if you quit it sees the level as incomplete - damn frustrating! Solution?
I played this level twice as well and after reaching 1 Billion points I turned it off. Please find a fix. I had over 9 hrs of free play time that was lost.

I have finished the level repeatedly on iphone and ipad, and it keeps happening, on both. Letting it run on ipad now, will give it a while, and keep trying on iphone.

This just happened to me too! When will this be fixed and will I automatically be put through to the next level? I gave up and exited after about 99 million and sitting there for half an hour waiting for it to finish cascading!!
Had the same issue on my mobile, and the only way to pass this level was by playing it on my mac. Not a real solution, but it helped me. I`m surprised because, after all this time, developers haven't solved this problem on mobile devices.

How about credits for level 2167. My score was at over 400 million . Game crashed . I do not want to replay a level I beat. Candies never stopped cascading!
I've been cascading for over 2 hours now and I'm aver 600 million!!!! This is the second time I've beat this level and it won't quit. Looks like it's time to delete this game for good. Pokemon Go should be getting gen 2 soon. Nice knowing you King. Bye bye
