I have completed Europe...are there more countries to do? It says it doesn't expire for 2 weeks, but won't let me replay.
Doesn't look like it, since it's a new feature which some don't seem to have yet it looks to be in trial so wouldn't be surprised if it's not completely unlocked.

What a disappointment this site is. I got to level 20,374 and spent 99p. Now no ads, I will not be spending another penny at all in the future.
