Restore my level
As I was playing, the game glitched and wouldn't return. I exited game and opened other apps. 24 hours later when I tried the game again, it was still glitching. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again and ended up on level 1. I'm not exactly sure which level I was on but it was somewhere close to 700. Help please

I do not believe I have a profile for this "lost" game. There are 2 accounts I have going, one is on my phone and one is on my iPad. The account on my phone I registered but I never registered my iPad account. Will it be lost? Thank you

I can see your game profile under the email address that was used to register with the site. Here your progress is saved so you only need to reconnect to the game using this Facebook account.
