refund

could beat a level if I bought bars so I did 9.99$ it subtracted my credits but would not let me continue play, forced me to end game when I would have had it beaten, this has happened before, I need a refund this time cant keep buying and losing money. and now I cant get into support as I can seem to get the captcha right?? keeps telling me to re enter

Unable to log in to my account with facebook
Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

Level 11297
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Weekly Challenge
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
Game froze
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
