Candy Crush 1939 impossible on mobile

Once again, Candy Crush Saga aims to screw over its most loyal diehard players with yet another level that's harder/impossible on mobile than Facebook. This time it's level 1939.

Facebook level has only 4 colors to work with, while mobile has a more difficult 5 colors. Stupid stupid stupid.

Could someone who actually works for King answer why you guys do this? Is this intentional? If so, why?

Which version of the game do you have installed?
I suggest you first check for updates to the game in your app store:
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga
iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/candy-crush-saga/id553834731?mt=8
There has previously been some levels with difference in game play or target so I always check both mobile and Facebook version to see if the level is easier on the other platform.

Combo. It is obvious the mobile version needs a fix. Your reply does not help.

3 months since this question war asked and upon reading various message boards after difficulty with level 1939 on my mobile device, it appears that all of the original issues listed here are STILL GOING ON!?! SOMEONE AT KING PLEASE HELP AND EXPLAIN,PLEASE,?
