I have SEVERAL issues that remain unresolved - going on a month now. Someone PLEASE look at my messages and respond. I have been shorted gold bars and boosters thru game crashes/glitches and charges to my credit card with no gold credited to my account. C'mon guys, if you won't fix these problems on your end, I'll make the adjustments thru my credit card company. I've been VERY patient.
If you review the messages for the past month, you'll see my ID# and EXACTLY what I'm owed. Thank you.
Gold from France was just credited to my account but all the other issues remain unresolved. It was posted after I closed and opened the game a couple of times. Please help with the other problems described in my messages. Thank you.
