I lost my bold bars after changing my phone from iphone 6s plus to iphone 7 plus

i changed my phone from i phone 6s plus to i phone 7 plus. I took the back up on i tunes nd restored it on my new phone. But doing do i lost all my 50 plus gold bars. I wrote more than 5 times to developers but every tym i got new ticket no. Nd a msg saying we will get back to u soon. Can anyone pls help me. Thnx.

Can't lose gold bars, they sync to Facebook/Kingdom along with progress. Boosters and messages on the other hand only get locally stored and don't sync and transfer across devices. The only time you can get items transferred is if they were purchased you provide receipts for them, that's what I had to do when I lost my phone.

I make colour bombs and use them but they aren’t counting to my score. Some did count initially but not any mire

I'm player id 1009484374 and at level18227. i have had several color bombs but the Series does not show any bombs used. Additionally, I have had only 1 set of boosters (after a game ends) per day. Is there something wrong?

Why does I can not have extra move after watch ADs now ?
