Why have you set me back 200 levels?

I have had to delete candy crush as it has been crashing. I downloaded it again, logged in and I'm now on level 400 and something when I was on 600 and something

I have spent a lot of money on boosters in order for me to pass the levels I am very disappointed

does anyone know any solutions to this problem?

double charges
I have charges that are double what I spent or were credited…they came through once and were paid NOW they are coming back through. I contacted PayPal..they sent me to meta pay ..and they sent me here. I have been charged over 200 for candy crush ..twice over
