I just lost all my levels...how can I get them back? Please help

I was having trouble during play. A window kept popping up to reload because of errors. I would reload and game seemed to be running slow. Then the last time I reloaded the page went to a white page with just the logo "king" displaying.  In a few minutes I was able to restart the game but much to my dismay I discovered that all my levels were lost.  Please help!
