Lost All Progress

I was on level 1581 when my phone did the automatic update to the Candy Crush app days ago. It kept crashing like many others have complained about when it finished. I deleted the app and reinstalled it (without thinking!) and now it is back to level one. I never synced with Facebook and none of my email addresses are working and I'm pretty sure I never provided one. Is my progress completely lost?

Thank you for your post.
I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook/Kingdom account and your progress will return.
To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.
To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

Why can’t you fix this situation
Here we go again, another week(s) of not being able to make in app purchases. I don’t understand why this can’t be fixed. It’s ridiculous!
