Lives from friends have disappeared

When I logged into my game last night, all of the lives from my friends that I had saved (over 600!) had disappeared! I thought it was a temporary glitch since when I logged in, I got a bunch of pop-ups introducing new features (that have already been in the game several weeks), but today my lives are still missing. I am livid! I did not change devices or clear my game cache or history or anything, so where did my lives go?!

Thank you for the feedback . Yes its strange. Live will be lose if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. Logged in and all the lives from friends had disappeared. I hadn’t done anything to my device or the game.

Lives in this game are not static, meaning that the lives will not always be saved as the lives are updated from time to time.The number of lives will be more or less intermittent when you are playing the game connected to the server. In addition, to game app update, log out & log in , game restart, etc., the number of live can be reduced or increased.
However, there are no restrictions on lives exchange, so you can make numerous lives requests to your friends to get the lives you need.😊

Similar to boosters, lives from friends are stored on your device's memory and can be lost if that storage is disrupted. It's best to use the lives after some time rather than saving up too many! Cheers

This happened to me. I had around 300 lives or so and now I only have around 60. There should be a way for the lives to be reinstated when it's obvious they were not used.

I've got the same problem can't retrieve my lives from friends, I think it's disgusting that you're not able to get the lives friends are sending, ive sent email but they just send the same reply were having problems and will try fixing it ASAP, been waiting two weeks and it's still not solved, it's really annoying and frustrating and it's really spoiling the game which I really love playing, so please give use our lives back and put an end to the limit you have put on your players 😪

Hi Sahm the issue of lives going missing is a big issue for King and it has been going on for a long time. It is such an issue that there is a Class Action against King for "allegedly" removing lives from players.
