I created a KingCares account and successfully asked a question and received a response. Now I cannot login on either of my two computers using two different browsers due to a "webpage error". I logged in using my phone and it worked. However, I cannot respond to the technician on my phone since whenever I open the box to type, the reply button disappears. Please help!
That did not work, but I opened the page on a larger phone and it worked.
