Lost all my progress when switch to a new phone?

When I switch to a new phone, I tryed to save all my progress in the kingdom account but it said that I already had an account and I was logged, so when I logged off and try to log back in, it said that there was no account with that email. As i logged off, I stared at level one and couldnt get my progress no matter what I did, was on level 1240, and I wonder if there is a way to get my progress back.

Lives per day.
Why can we only use 20 lives a day? I think it should be unlimited or at least 50.
Is there something I’m missing with level 13218, I can’t pass it, not even close.

I been trying to use my debit card to buy stuff but it keeps saying my account is blocked and I hv to call to get it removed but I don't understand why??

hi. The game froze 3 times when I tried to match a colour bomb to a stripe that may have let me complete the level. I lost 2 lives and was only given 1 UFO the first freeze
