Lost levels

Similarly like many after the 10/01/16 Update, the app would not open. Reinstalling took me back to level 1, and facebook login back to level 600 - the last time I logged in with FB! My progress before the crash was on level 1186! After 5 years, and lots of money on boosters I don't want to go back! Please HELP!

Lives per day.
Why can we only use 20 lives a day? I think it should be unlimited or at least 50.
Is there something I’m missing with level 13218, I can’t pass it, not even close.
I’m ready to give up and delete the game all together. It really seems like the people behind the game just want my money. Making levels impossible and trying to tempt me to purchase moves and boosters. No.

I been trying to use my debit card to buy stuff but it keeps saying my account is blocked and I hv to call to get it removed but I don't understand why??
Game froze 3 times
hi. The game froze 3 times when I tried to match a colour bomb to a stripe that may have let me complete the level. I lost 2 lives and was only given 1 UFO the first freeze
