Levels dont advance on ipads or iphone-only on laptop

Hello. For some reason, the Candy Crush levels only advance to the next saga on our laptops, not our ipads or iphones or samsung galaxy. Why does this happen and is there any way to override this? We send in notifications to you to advance us but it takes about one week. Thank you. Currently we are stuck on level 2240 on our ipads/phones.

Hi Rweckstein,

All new levels are first released on Facebook and King.com as we only need to update the database. For mobile devices it can take a while to update and distribute apps on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon Market Place. All apps have to undergo a verification and control of content before they are available on respective app store.

We do the Facebook/King.com release without waiting for the app store verification process as a service to our players, so they don't need to wait too long :-)

I hope this explains better why it can take several days before you have the new levels available on your mobile device.

Hi Rweckstein,

Unfortunately PC is and has always been the first to get new episodes/levels. Mobile unfortunately has to wait, how long? I don't know. But I feel your pain because I mostly play on my tablet. I personally don't really like playing on the laptop, plus all my boosters and lives are on the tablet. So I just suck it up and play something else. I'm sorry this is probably not what you wanted to hear but just wanted to let you know, also there is no overriding it. I will forward your feedback (along with my own) to King admin, but I've asked before and they said that's just the way it is.
