That was no help at all I'm still at level 1. Please I need a help. I lost my progress when I switched phones I never signed in using Facebook I used a different email address and I know my user name. "Patty Mayonnaise "Im so sad/frustrated because I love playing and now I'm back on the level 1. :-( what can I do? I do not wish to start over. Please Help!!!

Thank you for your post.
You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook/Kingdom account and your progress will return.
To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.
To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
