Lost all of my progress with update???

the recent update crashed my game so I had to reinstall. In doing so, I lost all my progress and boosters (putting me at level 1). This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It is not recognizing my email (didn't join using facebook originally) so I need help restoring my progress.

What to do if link is expired?
I need new verification mail so I can verify my email.
Is there something I’m missing with level 13218, I can’t pass it, not even close.

Issue with game.
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
