timer goes from 30 to 18 then timers up. game freezes but timer still goes. i have tried several times and it does the same thing

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
