Only able to get 2 extra moves but offered 3 and a color bomb

I'm the same. Been stuck on a level for ages and if I had the extra moves and colour bomb I would have win it. So frustrating.

We’re you able to watch ads. I have watched ads or tried and took me to a black screen other times the ads work and I have gotten the 3-5 extra moves and color bomb.

Yes i watched adverts but then went back to game and it said video wasn't available so only got 2 moves not 3 and a colourbomb

When will this extremely annoying problem be sorted? It's same for me and totally spoils the e joyment of the game.
