I Lost 1280 levels no help it's been 2months

It's been a going on for two months now no help with all the e-mails I sent to King-care I lost all my boosters gold, gold bars, progress on the world map, not to mention the time I've spent trying to get back to where I was because I was dropped down to level 17 and I have tried my other Facebook accounts resetting it deleting it and reinstalled it so king care if you read this I would like compensated for my for my trouble and lost time I really do love this game and my fiancée gets mad that I spend any cash on it at so I told her if it wasn't fixed by my bday this month then I'll delete it and find something else to occupy my time she sd plus I might save $100 a year lmao

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress and gold bars will be saved and synced to it. Boosters and messages are only locally stored so those never sync. If you check on Facebook directly and load the game there, on what level do you appear on?

Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.
