In the "Your messages" section the envelope tab is grey and I can't unlock it to get messages. Please let me know how I can fix this this tips that I have found on your Q & A sections have not worked.
Thanks Shelly for providing the screenshots! I know why you're not getting them, sometimes when you're using more than one device, the lives will keep going to your phone and not the tablet. If you prefer one over the other, I would uninstall the game on the device you don't use that much to play the game. So when you start giving lives on the device you want to use, you'll start receiving them on that one. It's happened to me so I just stick with my tablet. Sometimes it works but most times the lives will keep going to the other device. I hope this makes sense! You can also try clearing your cache NOT DATA on your tablet and then start giving lives on the tablet to see if you get them. You can hit the heart next to players who have passed the levels you're playing to send lives. (You probably already know that! :-) Let me know if this works for you or if there are any other issues.

Thank you for contacting King Care. Are you referring to the messages where you receive lives or life requests? If so, the grey means that there are no lives or messages given to you at this time. Are you logged in through facebook? If so, try logging out and see if you have any lives from other players other than your friends and vice versa if you're not logged in, then login through facebook and check it again. You can send random people lives by clicking on the heart next to their name while playing a level. If this is not at all what you're talking about, can you please take a screenshot of it and get back to me with that?
