you tube shows the little creature who grows and then you can eventually move him. my board NEVER has one. impossible to clear the level without the creature. HELP

Thank you for contacting King Care! Are you sure it's level 1837? Because 1837 on Candy Crush is timed level with no frogs or "creatures". Let me know which level and if it is 1837, please provide a screenshot of the board with your reply. https://www.take-a-screenshot.org
